Every website and task is different. Once I understand what you need, I’ll assess the work involved and explain the options.

For straightforward tasks, I can often get started straight away. If something requires more investigation or a larger piece of work, I’ll outline the proposed approach and agree on the scope and cost with you before proceeding.

My hourly rate is £40. You’ll get straightforward advice about what’s involved, without unnecessary technical jargon or pressure to spend money on things you don’t need.
